Qwest wanted to do some DM with multiple variable testing to multiple dwelling units (MDUs). The target market was 20s – 30s. Based on income and interests we were able to test different promotional offers tailored to the recipient. This was by far the best response rate I’ve ever seen from Direct Mail in my career with more then 114% sign up rate. We learned that the recipients were sharing the direct mail offers with their friends and family.
