Johnson and Johnson wanted to rebrand the look and feel of their BE VITAL recruiting brand. Looking for team members that bring their A Game to the company, we approached the idea as a way to appeal to the dreamers and the people who want to change the world. We made it all about the candidate’s goals and aspirations–because passion is personal.
